Black History month runs throughout the month of October and the theme this year is Reclaiming Narratives. Black History Month is a momentous occasion to recognise and celebrate the invaluable contributions of black people to British society. It also serves as an opportunity to inspire and empower future generations.
The South West is hosting a number of events and activities for all colleagues throughout October. We hope that these events and activities will help colleagues to learn more about Black History Month and the importance of it and to have some fun along the way. NHSE would like to specifically invite our primary care provider staff to participate.
