Module 1: An introduction to cardio-renal-metabolic disease.

Learning objectives:

• Understand what cardio-renal-metabolic (CRM) conditions are and explore the interconnected relationship between these conditions
• Understand the individual and societal impact and increased risks associated with having one or more conditions affecting the CRM systems
• Explore the different criteria and diagnostic pathways that underpin the management of CRM diseases
• Examine cases that highlight complexities in CRM disease
