Dermatology – Looking to the Future

NHS Gloucestershire Integrated Commissioning Board (ICB) are holding several free virtual dermatology training sessions for all doctors, nurses, HCA’s and all other interested clinicians (of any professional background) in primary care and community care who are practising in Gloucestershire, BNSSG or BSW. The sessions will be held on the following dates:

• Thursday 16 November 2023 – 7.30-8.30pm: Dermatology in Older People – This session will talk about skin problems in older people, with a special emphasis on people in care homes, housebound, and frailty. It is particularly aimed at practitioners (of all professional backgrounds) looking after care home patients, or working with a large elderly population, or those who don’t see very many elderly people and so feel a bit deskilled.  It is an informal, interactive session, and aims to be helpful to all members of the practice team, (from the newest, to the longest established).
