The Community Diabetes Service are happy to announce the upcoming Diabetes Conference 2023: Navigating the Challenges, Staying on Track  on 12^th September 2023 – Please book on for a fantastic and informative day at the Cheltenham Chase Hotel, where you can listen to a range of subjects on diabetes management, including kidney disease, psychology updates, treating the young adult with type 2 diabetes and lipid management and diabetes. A free hot lunch will be provided, along with regular tea and coffee breaks, and you will have a chance to network with fellow colleagues and visit pharma company stands and get the latest updates.
