The ICB Frailty Clinical Programme Group are hosting this workshop to support the development of frailty services in Gloucestershire. The workshop will map the current offer for frailty in primary care, identify gaps and outline how to address these. Mary Hutton (ICB Chief Executive) will open the event and provide an overview and context to the work. The ICB is keen to ensure a wide representation from primary care.
