The aim of the day is to share real world examples from practitioners who have successfully implemented persistent pain services and support into Primary Care practice. It will include sessions with a focus on a particular aspect of management, knowledge or experience. We want the conference to be informative and include practical ideas that can be implemented by colleagues around the UK.
