Multi-Professional Educators Conference

Gloucestershire Primary Care Training Hub are holding this multi-professional event for all staff working in, or interested in, educator roles. It will bring together educators across primary care to provide an update, noting the growth in supervision needs over a rapidly diversifying multi-professional workforce. Anyone who supports learners or colleagues is welcome; you are encouraged to speak to your line manager to explain the importance of maintaining and developing your education skills. Certificates of attendance will be provided.
A range of topics will be covered including: equality, diversity and inclusion with the excellent keynote speaker of Aduke Onafowokan from ‘Inclusivitii’; supporting learners with neurodiversity; consultation skills for educators; personalised care and advanced care planning; health and wellbeing for educators and learners; transition into primary care roles for learners and newly qualified staff; roadmap supervision (First Contact Practitioner roles); and apprenticeships.
