This exciting event on Monday 11 September focuses on Preceptorship, Professional Advocacy and the development of Legacy Mentors in Gloucestershire. This will be the first integrated system-wide event that showcases multi-professional preceptorship, professional advocacy and legacy mentorship to explore best practices and next steps in supporting the attraction and retention of colleagues.
It is open to everyone, including preceptors and preceptees; Professional Advocates and aspiring Professional Advocates; colleagues interested in pastoral support, HCWs and students looking for more information about the support that Gloucestershire can offer them as potential employees of the future.
