NHSE are offering a one-day introductory workshop which arose from the 12-week masterclass programme. NHSE have adapted the content into a one-day session to give colleagues an overview of each of the six steps of workforce planning. This virtual workshop takes place once a month during 2024 between 9.15am to 3.30pm via Microsoft Teams.
