Do you want to help improve staff experience in a practice or PCN?

Come along to this informal virtual session designed to help you find out more about the People Promise and learn about
the tools that are available to help you adopt improvements for staff working in general practices and PCNs.

This will be an interactive workshop – covering the principles of the People Promise, why it it’s so important, and how to
get started. We will share some examples of what others have done, signpost to existing tools and resources, and
answer your questions.

Who is this for?

This Workshop is open to anyone working in the South West region in Primary Care with an interest in and some
responsibility for improving staff experience.

e.g. You could be a Workforce Lead, working in a Primary Care Hub, PCN’s, or a Practice
