Communication Needs and Preferred Contact Method

Communication needs – Ask patients and record

This information is key to ensuring that we are able to proactively contact patients and invite them for their Cancer screening in their preferred communication style. It is key to empowering patients to make an informed decision about their own health and well-being.

It will also help us to tailor programmes with our PHE and VCSE partners local health and well-being events, and ascertain if interpreters and other community groups leaders are best placed to support positive engagement. This is key to effectiveness and increasing Cancer Screening uptake and minimising late stage presentations.
