Our upcoming 10th Polypharmacy Community of Practice is an opportunity to share learning with peers. The topic for this CoP is Sustainability. Come and find out how your work to reduce polypharmacy supports NHS sustainability. We would also like to discuss how we can continue to address polypharmacy and sustain this work across our systems. Is our polypharmacy CoP a useful forum? Do you benefit from opportunities to meet with peers? How can we sustain our CoP?
