In order to ensure there is a clear process in place by the CCG for Higher Educational Course applications,  all CPD courses now require the completion of an Expression of Interest form to be sent to helen.acock@nhs.net  prior to applying and may require reviewing by a panel.

Please note there is a standard Expression of interest form which can be found here (Advanced Community Workforce) and a separate form for Non Medical Prescribing applications which can be found here.
