Job Title: Primary Care Supervision Fellow
Closing Date: Friday 18th February 2022
Interviews provisionally planned for: Tuesday 1st March 2022 (to be held virtually)
- 1x 0.2 WTE role remaining at band 8a equivalent pay for 12 months as a job share within the Gloucestershire Primary Care Training Hub- fixed term or secondment opportunity (one post has been filled already so you will be joining a likeminded and enthusiastic colleague in this job share)
- Nurse or AHP or is willing/or has completed the 2-day WT&E Roadmap supervision Course (or able to demonstrate significant education/supervision experience, and be developing towards the Roadmap supervision course)
- This job share will link into regional plans for 7 Primary Care Supervision Fellows to support workforce transformation and expanded capacity of First Contact Practitioner (FCP) and Advanced Practice (AP) roles. This will support provision of high-quality supervision which is integral to patient safety, improving health outcomes and workforce retention at practice, PCN, county and regional levels
