One Gloucestershire ICS/Corndel L4 Associate Project Management Programme

One Gloucestershire ICS are partnering with Corndel to launch our second L4 Associate Project Management Programme.

Following the great success of our first cohort, we are excited to launch a second Project Management cohort — offering another opportunity for those who missed out to sign up. Launching 29th July, this programme is specifically designed to equip you with the essential skills and tools needed to effectively manage projects within a health and care setting. Recognising the importance of strong project management in our sector, this training will help you lead your projects to success.

Open to learners across the both the system, this programme offers a unique opportunity for cross-trust collaboration, peer networking, and shared learning. It’s a chance to connect with colleagues from different areas, exchange ideas, and build lasting professional relationships.

Specifically tailored for busy health and care professionals, this fully-funded one-year programme is designed to fit within your working hours and will be delivered remotely and flexibly. It combines self-directed learning with virtual sessions, blending bespoke workshops, award-winning one-to-one coaching, and a comprehensive digital curriculum.

You do not need to be in a project management role to enrol, but you must be able to manage a project or internal workstream lasting a minimum of three months during the programme. Participants will develop the ability to create and report on schedule performance, plan resources, manage risks, and work within agreed budgets. You’ll also build a portfolio that showcases your expertise, with the support of a Professional Development Expert.
