DESCRIPTION:One Gloucestershire and City of Bristol College are running a 14-month programme for you to achieve a Level 3 apprenticeship\, enhance your job skills and competencies\, and work towards a nationally recognised qualification – this is FREE for you and your employer. If you need functional skills (Maths and English training)\, this is included. The apprenticeship starts in September 2026. \nThe Level 3 Community Health and Wellbeing Worker apprenticeship is a fantastic opportunity to grow your or your teams’ skills\, to gain a nationally recognised qualification and make an even bigger impact in role. Designed for people working in community and primary care settings\, it can support you or your team members\, to build the confidence and expertise to support patients more holistically\, tackle the wider causes of poor health\, and connect people to the right local services\, supporting optimised outcomes. \nFor GP practices\, it strengthens the workforce\, enhances personalised care\, supports prevention\, and helps reduce pressure on busy clinical teams by ensuring patients get the right support at the right time.
