2 Day PCI Accredited Care Coordinator Training – Expressions of Interest
The Gloucestershire Primary Care Training Hub are reaching out to share an opportunity for Practices and PCNs interested in supporting their Care Coordinators’ professional development. The Training Hub is now gathering expressions of interest for a 2-day Care Coordinator Training programme, delivered by an accredited provider. This training is both practical and interactive, designed to meet the Personalised Care Institute’s requirement that all Care Coordinators complete a minimum of a 2-day accredited course. In addition, the programme will cover essential elements of Personalised Care and Support Planning, as well as Shared Decision Making.
Ordinarily, the cost for this training would be £528 per delegate. However, if there is enough interest, the Training Hub can secure places for Practices/PCNs at a significantly reduced rate per delegate of £320 – final pricing to be confirmed based on uptake. Please note that space is limited, with only 18 places available in this cohort.
