National Inclusion Week 2025

This week is National Inclusion Week 2025. This year’s theme #NowIsTheTime is designed to “emphasise the importance of inclusion, urgency, resilience, and the need to push forward – focusing on practical steps that make inclusion sustainable and embedded within our organisations” – (‘Inclusive Employers website’).

In support of this, Gloucestershire Primary Care Training Hub are sharing details of One Gloucestershire’s ‘Inclusion Allies Programme’. Running from Tuesday 18 November to Tuesday 16 December 2025, the Inclusion Allies programme is designed to help you build confidence to speak up for diversity and belonging at work. The course includes live webinars, recorded sessions and buddy meetings. Over 200 colleagues have already taken part across partner organisations in Gloucestershire since the programme launched.
