SUMMARY:An Introduction to Coaching Conversations Workshop
DESCRIPTION:Where: The Dowty Room upstairs at The Pavilion\, Hatherley Lane\, Cheltenham GL51 6PN \nWhen: Tuesday 22nd September\, 09:30-12:30 \nAbout: Coaching offers a positive approach for personal and professional development and encouragement which can be used in many ways. This can be used as an approach within formal conversations and appraisals\, and simply and easily used in our daily interactions to facilitate encouraging and supportive conversations between colleagues. \nThis training will be provided to each interested group within a face to face or virtual training session with local Gloucestershire GP coaches\, Dr Sarah Richards and Dr Laura Patterson. This training will be tailored to the participating groups. \nRefreshments will be provided and plenty of free\, accessible parking is available onsite at the venue. \nPlease contact jess.davies@nhs.net if you have any queries regarding the event.
