The Primary Care Development Pathway brings together powerful, effective training programmes designed specifically for the realities of General Practice. It offers practical, engaging development for any of the practice team who are patient-facing (operational or clinical). It is designed to build capability, consistency, and confidence in role now, and in the future.
By developing staff capability at every level, the development pathway can support your practice to provide an improved patient experience, reducing pressure on GPs and managers, strengthens operational flow, and build a positive culture where people feel confident, aligned and equipped to handle the daily challenges of Primary Care.
Whether team members are new in post or more experienced, want to stay in their current role or progress their career, the Development Pathway will offer something for all.
For the first year of launch the programme will be provided Free of Charge to participants and is being 100% funded by Gloucestershire Primary Care Training Hub.
The Primary Care Development Pathway has 2 distinct strands, The Team Development Pathway providing training and development opportunities for the whole practice team and the Leadership Development Pathway providing training and development opportunities for Primary Care Leaders at all levels.
