Improving Care Together: Gloucestershire Primary-Secondary Care Interface and updates to Advice and Guidance pathways
There will be a training webinar around the Primary-Secondary Care Interface and Advice and Guidance services aimed at improving patient care and making it easier for primary care clinicians to access specialist advice and for secondary care teams to respond efficiently. Participants are invited to learn about the local Gloucestershire Interface Initiatives including a specific focus on optimising Advice and Guidance services. This training is relevant and practical for both clinicians and administrators/secretaries involved in sending Advice and Guidance requests from primary care.
