Gloucestershire Primary Care Training Hub (PCTH) and the Gloucestershire General Practice Collaborative (GGPC) are excited to announce we are running a joint General Practice in-person event on:

Thursday 15th October 2026, Kingsholm Stadium in Gloucester, GL1 3AX

Funded by Gloucestershire PCTH, the day will be split into two sessions:

• Hot Topics – 09.30-13.00
• Buffet lunch
• GGPC summit – 13.45 – 16.45

Hot Topics

Gloucestershire PCTH is delighted to be working with NB Medical to bring the Hot Topics Update course, updating on latest developments in literature, revolving around short, engaging presentations, using clinical cases and problems to illustrate recent learning points, followed by Q&A. The event is open to all clinicians working in General Practice in Gloucestershire. Fully funded and including 12-months free of charge access to the on-line version of the searchable book.

GGPC Summit

Providing opportunity for General Practice colleagues to receive updates on matters that impact General Practice in Gloucestershire.

To ensure representation is fair/consistent, we suggest the following colleagues from each practice attend. Please liaise with your practices/PCNs to agree the representatives who will join us.

• 1 GP per practice
• 1 Practice Manager per practice
• 1 Clinical Director per PCN
• 1 Business Manager per PCN
