Gloucestershire Primary Care Training Hub and ICB are excited to announce that we will be running another Away Day for Personalised Care Roles working within Primary Care. This event is for Care Coordinators, Health and Wellbeing Coaches, Social Prescribing Link Workers and other colleagues supporting personalised care within Primary Care. This will be a full-day event and will take place on Tuesday 11th November at The Pavilion, Hatherley Lane, Cheltenham. Please read on for further details of the event, including how to register.

Date: Tuesday 11th November, registration from 09:30, event starts at 10:00 and closes at 15:00
Refreshments and lunch will be provided and there is plenty of free, accessible onsite parking. Please do let us know if you need any support accessing the venue.
This event will be an excellent opportunity to network with peers, visit stands during our world café style networking lunch, hear from brilliant speakers and contribute to breakout discussions. Planning for the agenda is underway, many thanks to those of you who have already contributed with your suggestions for topics you would like covered/ how you would like the day to be run.
