South West Place-based leadership Resources
The South West Workforce, Training and Education Team working with the Primary, Community and Personalised Care Team with the support of Tricordant Organisational Development Consultancy have developed a leadership resource. The resource is specifically targeted at helping those tasked with the job of place-based leadership and/or leading integrated multi-professional teams. It is delivered by a mixture of podcasts, videos and useful materials for busy individuals trying to balance this leadership with the day job. The material will be particularly useful for those involved in developing emerging neighbourhood models within systems or just trying to work with different partner organisations.
