Expert-led training by TEDx speaker Sophie Cook. This training is suitable for any colleague wishing to enhance their confidence through practical tools and strategies to support LGBTQ+ individuals. The training will feature of a range of topics including issues affecting LGBTQ+ individuals, common misconceptions and the harm these can cause. The aim of the training is to create safe and open cultures where everyone can be their authentic self through greater empathy and information.
