A practical, interactive session from Gloucestershire LMC designed to help practices confidently assess whether Enhanced Services are right for them.
This session will revisit a highly rated previous LMC workshop and provide an updated, structured approach to reviewing Enhanced Services—supporting partners, practice managers, and decision-makers to make informed, financially viable choices rather than committing without full evaluation.
What the session will cover:
- How to systematically review Enhanced Services (requirements, training, coding)
- Assessing workforce impact and capacity
- Understanding financial viability and cost modelling
- Using practical tools such as RAG rating to support decision-making
- Identifying opportunities to improve efficiency
