The South West Health Coaching (SWHC) Collaborative have worked with partners across the South West and NHS South West Integrated Personalised Care to create a PCI accredited training programme to meet the needs of our workforce. Rooted in a strengths-based approach, personalised conversation and health coaching skills provide workforce with the knowledge, skills and confidence to have meaningful conversations with people to find out what matters to them, empower individuals to take charge of their own health and wellbeing, and increase their sense of resourcefulness. This motivates people to make positive and sustainable behaviour change in their lives and have better self-management of their health and wellbeing needs.
A funded cohort of the Personalised Conversations and Health Coaching Skills Accredited Training will be taking place in May 2025, places on the training are limited, with only 12 spaces available.
