About the workshop: This practical workshop helps primary care teams understand how NHS changes and rising patient expectations affect everyday patient interactions. Participants explore how perceptions, assumptions and the impact of change can influence communication and patient experience. The session explores practical skills such as positive language, empathy and assertiveness to help staff communicate clearly, guide patients effectively and hold boundaries professionally.
