#GinAndJamas provides teaching on subjects that everybody needs to know about but may not be covered in your specialist teaching sessions. Or if it’s covered, it’s likely to only be briefly. Alternatively, these sessions may well help you understand generalists approach to your specialist subject.
We accept that you may well be attending this session in your own time and therefore it is very relaxed. You are welcome to come in your pyjamas with a gin and tonic, be eating your tea, walking the dog, or in the gym. You are also allowed to sit at a desk or on your sofa and concentrate purely on this. Have your camera and mike on or off, the choice is yours and perfectly fine as long as it doesn’t distract others. Ask questions if you would like to but don’t feel obliged and you can be reassured that you won’t be put on the spot or asked any nasty questions.
