Manage with Impact – Level 3 Apprenticeship opportunity:

Are you a new manager, team leader or looking to move into a management role in a Gloucestershire practice or a PCN? Are you seeking to provide direction and guidance to members of your team? If your or your team members key responsibilities include supporting, managing and developing team members, managing projects and planning/monitoring workloads, then a Level 3 ‘Manage with Impact’ fully funded apprenticeship may be right for you. Working in partnership with In Step training provider, this level 3 apprenticeship programme:

• Provides the opportunity to develop practical techniques to deliver operational plans, resolve problems and build relationships – giving emerging leaders the skills to guide, motivate, and manage teams effectively, and become inclusive leaders.
• Is online (with option for an in-person masterclass) and includes 7 x 121 Coaching sessions.
• Offers the opportunity to attend one of several insight sessions where those interested in this apprenticeship can find out more information. Lead with Impact – Level 5 Apprenticeship opportunity:

Are you looking to drive operational excellence and elevate your team’s leadership? Are you or your team member a current manager and leader who wants to get the best from every employee? If so, the fully funded ‘Lead with Impact Level 5 apprenticeship’ could provide you or your team members with the opportunity to accelerate your operational managers’ leadership performance, empowering them to harness their strengths and drive operational excellence. Working in partnership with In Step training provider, this level 5 apprenticeship programme:

• Supports operations professionals who lead teams who have responsibilities including operational plan creation and delivery, change management, mentoring, resourcing and financial accountability.
• Is online (with option for an in-person masterclass) and includes 10 x 121 Coaching sessions.
• Offers the opportunity to attend one of several insight sessions where those interested in this apprenticeship can find out more information.
